Corporate Team Building Activities

Phillip’s Sanctuary prides itself on providing an event packed airsoft day, with a military ethos in mind. Our staff are mainly ex-army personnel, with a vast amount of time and experience behind them.

We will bring you the very best in military simulated games and team building. With state of the art airsoft weapons for rent…and a battle site to die for!

Our team building course is built around methods employed by the military, perfect for corporate team building activities and structured along the same lines of our armed forces.

Your airsoft day kicks off with a briefing session. Then a full on, fun packed and invigorating day, of learning your true self and that of your colleagues. We will open your eyes, and the eyes of your team/co workers, to a side of yourself you never knew you possessed. Ultimately you will all progress as a unit or team, working together, to achieve your given tasks and missions throughout the day, were the final outcome is a sense of togetherness and a high dose of camaraderie not often found anywhere else in the, "corporate team building" world.

The Airsoft Battlegrounds is set on Hamburger Hill…a hilly, tropical jungle and forested area.

Cover is provided at a "safe zone”. The safe zone is a place to relax, hold briefings, eat and generally feel safe, away from the "bombs & bullets" that are part of the airsoft gaming exercises.

On the airsoft site, careful thought has gone into the sighting of structures and obstacles, to hinder as much as possible the progress of individual teams. We set the tasks, and we make it as difficult as possible [depending on the event] for teams to achieve their set tasks and objectives.

Our main objective is to provide great activities for company staff, individual groups and airsoft gaming clubs to ensure that you the "gamer" has enjoyed a fun packed invigorating day.

Hopefully the airsoft experience will have you walk away with your own "Military Outdoor Adventure" whether the day has been a team building activity for your company or a get together with friends.
